Rovin
Net pledges to provide the highest quality Internet Access
and Web Hosting services available. If, for any reason,
you are not satisfied with your Rovin Net Internet Access
or Web Hosting Account, simply call our customer service
telephone number: 1-877-607-9500 between the hours of
9am-9pm CST Mon.-Fri, and let the customer service
representative know you're unhappy. We will immediately
process your account for a credit refund.

Orders: If for any reason you're not able to access
our network, we will refund your setup fee and monthly
access charges; provided you supply notice to us of
said problem before significant account log-in
activity has been generated.

Current
Customers: Customers who successfully access the
network, e.g., server logs reflect that your account
shows log-in activity, and desire a refund for any
reason, will have their refund processed at a
pro-rated total based on the remaining days of the
calendar month or subscription period.

Setup
fees: Account setup fees are non-refundable once you
have activated and successfully used your Rovin Net
account.
